Welcome to Swim Synergy. By accessing our website, enrolling in lessons, submitting forms, or communicating with our team, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Swim Lesson Services
Swim Synergy provides private swim instruction and aquatic safety education for children and families. Lesson schedules, instructor availability, and locations are subject to change based on weather, safety conditions, instructor availability, and operational needs.
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel lessons when necessary for safety or business operations.
2. Registration & Payments
Lesson reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
Swim Synergy operates on a bi-weekly billing schedule. Payments for upcoming lessons are due prior to the start of the scheduled lesson period.
An annual registration fee may apply per family.
Failure to submit payment on time may result in suspension or forfeiture of scheduled lesson times.
3. Cancellation Policy
Families are responsible for notifying Swim Synergy as early as possible if they cannot attend a scheduled lesson.
Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are subject to instructor and pool availability.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in removal from the schedule.
4. Assumption of Risk
Participation in swim lessons and aquatic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, injury, or accidental drowning.
By participating in Swim Synergy lessons, parents and guardians acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with swim instruction and aquatic activities.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising children before and after lessons.
5. Medical & Health Conditions
Parents/guardians agree to disclose any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, allergies, or special accommodations that may affect participation in lessons.
Swim Synergy reserves the right to refuse participation if a condition presents a safety concern for the student, instructor, or others.
6. Photography & Media
Swim Synergy may occasionally capture photographs or videos during lessons or events for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.
If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please notify us in writing.
7. SMS Communications
By submitting forms on our website or otherwise providing your contact information, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Swim Synergy related to:
- Swim lesson scheduling
- Registration updates
- Appointment reminders
- Billing notifications
- Customer support communications
